How to Set up Visual Studio Code for MCP Now
Learn how to connect Visual Studio Code as an MCP host in MCP Now. This guide walks you through launching Copilot, selecting tools, and activating your MCP server setup.
After adding Visual Studio Code as an MCP host, follow the steps below to connect it with MCP Now.
The status will change to Running when MCP Now is successfully started.
- Open VS Code.
- Launch Copilot in VS Code.
- Click the Select Tool button.
- Open MCP Now settings.
- Click Start to activate MCP Now.
